"are you eating enough vegetables"
With all the various diets I was on for the past ten months, I know I wasn’t eating enough vegetables. And some still need to be removed from my diet altogether.
I went from a nothing but broth, soups, and every vegetable overcooked diet. To a FODmap diet. To a GERD diet.
I now know, for sure, that these things set my stomach issue off:
Brussel sprouts,
cabbage,
mint,
asparagus,
chocolate,
onions,
milk/ice cream,
apples/applesauce,
spicy foods,
wholewheat/wholegrain,
and too much of a few other things.
But hey, it is not my liver or my gallbladder!
